The following tabular listing of symptoms and functionally associated anatomic regions (Tables 4.1, 4.2) is not intended as a substitute for a basic knowledge of the pathomorphology of the CNS. Its purpose is to direct the examiner who is not a specialist in neurology to the possible seat of a disease so that he can give special attention to the region in question.
