Zusammenfassung

Der Schock ist definiert als eine akute ungenügende nutritive Durchblutung lebenswichtiger Organe mit nachfolgender Gewebshypoxie, Anhäufung toxischer Metabolite und Störungen des Zellstoffwechsels. Bei allen Schockformen beruht die kritische Abnahme der Durchblutung vitaler Organe, unabhängig von der Ätiologie, auf einer Verminderung des Herzzeitvolumens oder einer Verteilungsstörung des Blutflusses oder einer Kombination beider Faktoren. Eigentlicher “Schauplatz des Geschehens” ist bei allen Schockformen die Mikrozirkulation, für deren akute Minderperfusion vor allem folgende pathogenetische Faktoren verantwortlich sind.
