Local thrombolysis for occluded arterial grafts: Is the yield worth the effort?

Abstract

Although catheter-directed thrombolysis is frequently used in obstructed arteries, experience with this kind of treatment for occluded arterial grafts is limited. Our experience with thrombolysis of 50 recently occluded grafts is reported.
