Fibrinklebung in der Herz-, Gefäß- und Thoraxchirurgie

Zusammenfassung

Während der Einsatz von Klebstoffen zur Wundheilung ein jahrtausendealtes Therapieprinzip darstellt, wurde erst Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts die hämostatische Wirkungsweise des Fibrins, Grundlage heutiger Fibrinklebungen, in der neueren Literatur beschrieben (2).
