Zusammenfassung

Problematik einer Lungenmetastasierung, ihre Biologie, Entscheidung zur Therapie: Im Verlauf einer Tumorerkrankung ist der Nachweis einer Metastasierung entscheidend für die weitere individuelle Therapiestrategie und die prognostische Einschätzung der Grundkrankheit. Die Lungenmetastasierung bedeutet eine Tumorgeneralisation. Dementsprechend dominiert die internistische Tumortherapie in Form der antineoplastischen Therapie oder Hormontherapie. Aus der klinischen Erfahrung der letzten Jahre wissen wir jedoch, daß dies keinen Ausschluß lokaler Therapieverfahren wie besonders der Operation bedeutet [1, 4, 6, 13].
