Zusammenfassung

Die „perigraft reaction “oder auch biologische Unverträglichkeit nach Kunststoff-bypass stellt in der Gefäßchirurgie eine außerordentlich seltene, aber ernste Komplikation dar. Nach jüngsten Mitteilungen der Ulmer Gruppe tritt sie bei der Dacronprothese mit einer Häufigkeit von 8,6%o und beim PTFE-Bypass zu 6,6%o auf, insgesamt sind 8,1%o der Patienten davon betroffen.
