Zusammenfassung
Trotz des zunehmenden Einsatzes von morphologisch orientierten bildgebenden Verfahren wie CT, Sonographie und konventioneller Radiologie stellt die Diagnose des infizierten Gefäßbypasses noch immer eine besondere Herausforderung dar. Eine frühzeitige Diagnosestellung ist lebenswichtig, da vor allem die aortoiliakalen Gefäßrekonstruktionen mit einer hohen Mortalität einhergehen. Nuklearmedizinische Verfahren wie die Szintigraphie mit 67-Gallium, mit 111-Indium oder 99m-Tc HMPAO-markierten Leukozyten haben in zahlreichen Studien bewiesen, daß ein Nachweis entzündlicher Strukturen möglich ist [1, 7, 9, 13]. Neuerdings steht ein muriner Antikörper zur Infektdiagnostik zur Verfügung, der gegen das Glykoprotein (NCA 95) auf humane Granulozyten gerichtet ist. Ziel dieser Untersuchung war es, den Stellenwert der Granulozytenszintigraphie unter Verwendung des mit 123-J markierten Antikörpers NCA-95 bei infizierten Gefäßprothesen zu prüfen.
