Zusammenfassung
Organzerstörungen, nicht selten mit letalem Ausgang, sind das morphologische Charakteristikum der überwiegenden Anzahl der Krankheiten: Bronchialkarzinome zerstören das Lungenparenchym (Abb. 1 a), intestinale Ulzera erscheinen als große Gewebsdefekte (Abb. 1 b) — die Ischämie ist die Ursache des Myokardinfarktes mit nachfolgender Zerstörung der Myokardiozyten (Abb. 1 c), die Atherosklerose führt zu schweren Gefäßwandveränderungen (Abb. 1 d).
