Zusammenfassung

Die Tokolyse mit betamimetisch wirksamen Substanzen ist bekannterweise mit zahlreichen Nebenwirkungen behaftet (2). Bei systemischer Anwendung werden nämlich neben dem Zielorgan Uterus auch eine Reihe anderer Organsysteme angesprochen.
