Zusammenfassung
Nach etwa 20jähriger Erfahrung im Umgang mit Betamimetika in der Geburtshilfe ist eine Betrachtung über die Entwicklung und den aktuellen Stand unseres Wissens sinnvoll. Die Betamimetika sind weder aus der Schwangerschaft zur Behandlung drohender Frühgeburten noch aus der Geburtshilfe zur intrauterinen Reanimation wegzudenken.
