Zusammenfassung
Das fetale Risiko bei Patientinnen mit Präeklampsie hängt ganz wesentlich von den pathophysiologischen Gegebenheiten ab (Tabelle 1). Das Ausmaß der arteriellen Vasokonstriktion und die Höhe des Prostacyclin-Defekts hat nur geringe Auswirkung auf das Herz-Zeit-Volumen und damit auf die uteroplazentare Durchblutung. Eine größere Bedeutung für die Reduktion des Herz-Zeit-Volumens hat der venöse Rückfluß zum Herzen, der zum größten Teil von den Theologischen Faktoren bestimmt wird (6). Darüber hinaus sind die vorliegenden Statistiken schwer zu beurteilen, da vielfach Unregelmäßigkeiten in der Nomenklatur vorliegen, wodurch z. B. Patientinnen mit chronischer Hypertonie und Präeklampsie vermischt werden.
