Fetale Herzfrequenz und Bewegungsmuster in Abhängigkeit von der Sauerstoffversorgung und vom neurologischen Status des Neugeborenen

Zusammenfassung

Der Perinalmedizin stehen heute zahlreiche Techniken zur Verfügung, um den Zustand der Feten mit intrauteriner Mangelentwicklung (IUGR = intra-uterine growth retardation) zu erfassen. In diesem Beitrag sollen Veränderungen der fetalen Herzfrequenz, der fetalen Körperbewegungsmuster und der Doppler-Sonographie-kurven der fetalen Blutgefäße miteinander in Beziehung gesetzt werden; außerdem wird eine mögliche Rangfolge dargestellt, in der diese Veränderungen bei progressiver Verschlechterung des Zustands des Feten auftreten. Die Daten über pathologische fetale Herzfrequenzmuster werden im Zusammenhang mit der Sauerstoffversorgung des Feten und dem späteren neurologischen Status betrachtet.
