Selection of allograft valve size

We have perceived the need for a preoperative knowledge of aortic annulus size in individual patients, which will allow proper selection of cryopreserved valve size before cardiopulmonary bypass. The technique of determining valve size from a supravalvular aortic cineangiogram is described.
