Zusammenfassung

Drei Verfahren — die extrakorporale Stoßwellenlithotripsie (2), die perkutane Nephrolitholapaxie (4, 5, 6,11,12,13) und die Ureterorenoskopie (9) haben die Therapie von Harnsteinen revolutioniert. Eine offene chirurgische Nierensteinentfernung wird nur mehr selten (in 1–5% aller Fälle) angewandt (8).
