Abstract
Since 1984, 22 patients have been selected for a Kock continent ileal reservoir at the urological department of the University Hospital in Leiden. The technique of this operation has been well described and will be discussed briefly (1). During the follow-up of these patients we found, in a considerable number of patients, stone formation in the pouch.
