Ca++-Antagonisten gelten als bewährte und wertvolle Medikamente zur Behandlung der instabilen und stabilen Angina pectoris (1, 3, 5, 6, 9, 13). Nifedipin, Verapamil und Diltiazem sind derzeit Arzneimittel, die weltweit therapeutischen Einsatz finden. Gallopamil steht bisher in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland zur Verfügung.
