Zusammenfassung
Gallopamil ist ein Methoxyderivat des Verapamil, dessen antianginöse Eigenschaften erst in den letzten Jahren systematisch untersucht worden sind (4, 5, 7, 9, 10). In früheren Untersuchungen unserer eigenen Arbeitsgruppe (10) hatte sich unter kontrollierten Bedingungen eine dosisabhängige antiischämische Wirkung von Gallopamil nachweisen lassen, wobei sich eine Dosierung von 3×50 mg/die als gleichermaßen gut wirksam und verträglich erwiesen hatte. In der vorliegenden Untersuchung wurde daher das gleiche Dosierungsschema verwendet, um die antianginöse Wirkung von Gallopamil mit der eines anderen in der Therapie der Angina pectoris etablierten Kalziumantagonisten, Nifedipin, zu vergleichen.
