Zusammenfassung
Prostatakarzinome stehen nach Bronchial- und kolorektalen Karzinomen an Platz 3 der krebsbedingten Todesursachen. Fast alle Prostatakarzinome sind Adenokarzinome. Die Prognose der differenzierten ist günstiger als die der un-differenzierten Karzinome. Kürzlich gelang es, ein zur Familie der ras Onkogene gehörendes Protein (p21) bei 17 von 17 G III-, 4 von 6 G II- und 2 von 6 G I-Karzinomen immunhistochemisch nachzuweisen (Viola MV et al, 1986).
