Zusammenfassung

Neben manganometrischen, gaschromatographischen und HPLC-Methoden gibt es heute zwei enzymatische Methoden zur Oxalatbestimmung, von denen die eine seit mehreren Jahren erfolgreich von uns angewandt wird. Diese Methode wurde erstmals von Castello (3) zur Bestimmung der Oxalsäure im Urin benutzt. Sie ist nicht frei von kleinen Komplikationen, über die hier berichtet werden soll.
