Zusammenfassung
Oberflächliche urotheliale Blasenkarzinome (Ta-Tl) haben nach vollständiger transurethraler Resektion des Tumors eine hohe Rezidivneigung. Die Rezidivhäufigkeit wird innerhalb von 5 Jahren zwischen 50% und 70% angegeben (1,8). In Abhängigkeit vom Differenzierungsgrad ist im Rezidivfall zu 10% – 37% mit einer Zunahme der Infiltrationstiefe (Tumorprogession) zu rechnen (9). Eine eingetretene Tumorprogression macht in aller Regel eine radikale Zystektomie notwendig, die mit einer äußeren oder inneren Harnableitung verbunden ist.
