Zusammenfassung

Verschiedene Methoden wurden angewandt, um vorzeitige Wehentätigkeit zu hemmen. Alle stimmen darin überein, daß Bettruhe nach Einlieferung ins Krankenhaus ein wichtiger Teil der Behandlung ist. Es gibt keinen Grund, die Wichtigkeit dieser Maßnahme zu bezweifeln, aber durch kontrollierte Studien wurde der Effekt der Bettruhe nicht bewiesen.
