Zusammenfassung

Die Möglichkeit, Kanülen in Tumoren unter sonographischer Führung exakt zu plazieren, eröffnet neue Möglichkeiten einer perkutanen Behandlung maligner Tumoren. Im Prinzip kann Verschiedenes durch die Punktionsnadel in den Tumor eingeführt werden, zum Beispiel radioaktive Substanzen, chemische Substanzen einschließlich Zytostatika und Wärmeenergie.
