Zusammenfassung
Mit der heutigen sonographischen Technik können geringe Differenzen der Gewebestruktur entdeckt werden, so daß eine bestimmte pathologische Veränderung vermutet werden kann. Häufig besteht jedoch die Notwendigkeit einer genaueren Diagnose, insbesondere, wenn es um den Beweis oder den Ausschluß der Malignität einer Läsion geht.
