Zusammenfassung

In zahlreichen Arbeiten wurde über die Hemmwirkung der Glycosaminoglycane auf die Oxalatsteinbildugn berichtet (1–6). Es handelt sich dabei imemr um in vitro Nachweise. Hervorzuheben ist, daß in diesen Arbeiten trotz der nachgewiesenen Hemmwirkung nie ein nennenswerter Unterschied in der Gesamtkonzentration der Glycosaminoglycane bei Harnsteinbildnern und Gesunden gefunden wurde.
