Zusammenfassung
Kristallisationsinhibitoren sind möglicherweise dafür verantwortlich, daß bei Gesunden trotz häufiger Urinübersättigung keine Nephrolithiasis auftritt. Am Inhibitorpotential des Urins scheinen mindestens 7 niedermolekualre Stoffe sowie 4 makromolekulare Substanzgruppen, welche nicht im Detail analysiert bind, beteiligt zu sein zu sein (Breslau et Pak 1980). Die physiopathologische Bedeutung der einzelnen Inhibitoren ist ebenfalls noch unklar. Für klinische Fragestellungen erachten wire s daher als zweckmäßig, direct die Inhibitorwirkung des Urins auf Kristallisationsvorgänge zu messen. 6 der 8 in Abbildung 1 und 2 schematisch wiedergegebenen Testverfahren wurden in unserem Labor auf ihre klinische Anwendbarkeit geprüft bzw. Entwickelt. Über die dabei gewonnenen Erfahrungen wird im Folgenden kurz berichtet. Unerwähnt bleiben die Gel-Kristallisationen (Abb. 1, unten) und die Constant-Composition-Technik (Abb. 2, unten), mit welchen wir selbst nich gearbeitet haben.
