Nachdem wir nun die enge Wechselwirkung zwischen Antigen und Antikörper auf molekularer Ebene besproche haben, wird sich dieses Kapitel mehr mit den praktischen Gesichtspunkten der Methoden beschäftigen, die auf der Erkennung von Antigenen beruhen bzw. ihrem Nachweis dienen.
