Zusammenfassung
Beim letzten Harnsteinsymposium berichteten wir über experimentellen Vitamin-A-Mangel bei der Ratte. Mit diesem Tiermodell konnten wir zeigen, daß eine chronische Unterversorgung mit Vitamin A zu Hypercalciurie und verminderter Ausscheidung von Uromukoid und Glykosaminoglykanen (GAG) im Urin führte. Bei einem Teil der Tiere fanden sich auch Konkremente im Nierenbecken (1).
