Zusammenfassung
Das Hauptinteresse bei der Pathogenese der Urolithiasis, die das Syndrom der enteralen Hyperoxalurie begleitet, gilt bisher der zur Hyperoxalurie führenden intestinalen Hyperabsorption (1). Die Hyperoxalurie ist sicher einer der wichtigsten zur Kalziumoxalat-Steinbildung führenden pathogenetischen Faktoren. Mit Hilfe der Hyperoxalurie allein ist jedoch eine Abschätzung des Bestehens oder der Schwere der Steinkrankheit nicht möglich. So bildeten einige der Patienten mit intestinaler Malabsorption und Hyperoxalurie keine Steine. Kiirzlich wurde gezeigt, daß eine Hyperoxalurie allein nicht ausreicht, um die Häufigkeit der Nephrolithiasis bei Patienten mit Steatorrhoe zu erklären (2). Um die Hypothese zu testen, ob zusätzlich zur Hyperoxalurie andere Faktoren die Entwicklung der Urolithiasis begünstigen, untersuchten wir 18 Patienten nach intestinaler Resektion und Urolithiasis. 16 gesunde Probanden dienten als Kontrollkollektiv.
