Zusammenfassung

Bei 15 Patienten (16 renale Einheiten) war die Therapie bei 2 Patienten (2 r.E.) mit Harnsäuresteinen, 5 Patienten (5 r.E.) mit Struvit- oder Struvit-Apatitsteinen und 2 Patienten (3 r.E.) mit Cystinsteinen unmittelbar erfolgreich. In 4 Fällen waren nach Teilauflösung zur Verkürzung der Behandlungszeit ergänzende instrumentelle Maßnahmen wie perkutane Steinextraktion und Schiingenextraktion erfolgreich.
