Zusammenfassung

Intraluminale Prostata-Fest-Körperchen, Corpora amylacea, die nach umfangreichen patho-histologischen Untersuchungen an Obduktions- und Operationsmaterial in nahezu jeder Erwachsenen-Prostatadrüse nachgewiesen wurden (Fox), sind wahrscheinlich die Präkursoren für eine Biomineralisation zu Corpora calculi, Mikrolithen und zu Prostatakonkrementen. Über die pathogenetischen Bildungsprinzipien gibt es aus biochemischer, mineralogischer und klinischer Sicht Arbeitshypothesen, Analysendaten und unterschiedliche Interpretation.
