Zusammenfassung
Bekannterweise führen oral eingenommene Kohlehydrate zu einer vermehrten renalen Calciumausscheidung (1). Lemann (2) stellte bei Patienten mit Ca-Oxalat-Steinen eine überschießende Ca-Ausscheidung gegenüber Normalpersonen fest. Bei genauer Untersuchung der einzelnen Hypercalciurie-Formen zeigte sich, daß besonders Patienten mit renaler Hypercalciurie auf Glukosezufuhr mit einer erhöhten Ca-Ausscheidung reagieren (3). Manche Autoren (4) vertreten sogar die Meinung, daß die Zunahme der Steinbildung in den letzten Jahrzehnten unter anderem auf den vermehrten Genuß von raffinierten Kohlehydraten zurückzuführen Sci.
