Zusammenfassung

Neben der zerebralen Angiographie ist die Koronarangiographie ohne Zweifel die invasive Methode, deren Risiko für den einzelnen Patienten nie genau vorausgesagt werden kann. Durch die Fortschritte in der kardiovaskulären Chirurgie müssen zunehmend schwerkranke und gefährdete Patienten katheterisiert werden mit schlechtem Ventrikelzustand, mit schwerer Koronarinsuffizienz, komplizierenden Rhythmusstörungen, mit zu erwartender Mehrgefäßerkrankung oder njit möglicher linker Hauptstammstenose.
