Zusammenfassung

Zuerst muß betont werden, daß unsere Kenntnisse im Bereich der biliären Elimination von Antibiotika bruchstückhaft und unvollständig sind. Über dieses Thema gibt es in der Tat noch relativ wenige Arbeiten; die Angaben sind leider oft zu verschiedenartig und die einzelnen Studien können kaum untereinander verglichen werden (häufig ungenügende Versuchsdauer; im allgemeinen zu geringe Anzahl von Bestimmungen; sehr unterschiedliche Chronologie der Dosierungen; verschiedenste Verabreichungen der Antibiotika).
