Quantitative Bestimmung der Isoenzyme der alkalischen Phosphatase im Serum — Diagnostik der Cholestase

Zusammenfassung

Mit einer neuen Methode lassen sich im normalen menschlichen Serum zwei Leberisoenzyme und je ein Knochen-, Darm- und »physiologisches« Gallenwegisoenzym nachweisen. Die quantitativen Normalwerte sind ermittelt.

Bei Cholestase tritt ein neues Isoenzym auf (»pathologisches« Gallenwegisoenzym) oder das »physiologische« Gallenwegisoenzym ist erhöht.

Die Diagnose »Cholestase« auf Grund der AP-Isoenzymbestimmung ist spezifisch und bietet größere diagnostische Sicherheit als die Lipoprotein X-Bestimmung.
