Zusammenfassung
Bei der Pathogenese der durch Ak vermittelten immunologischen Gewebszerstörung, wie sie am Beispiel der Glomerulonephritis und des Arthus-Phänomens unter H2 und H3 dargestellt ist, lassen sich drei Gruppen von Kausalfaktoren voneinander trennen. Die auslösende Ag-Ak-Reaktion, die vermittelnde C-Reaktion und die Wirkung der Effektorzellen (Leukozyten). Die Ausschaltung auch nur eines dieser Faktoren muß zur Unterbrechung der pathogenen Reaktionskette führen. Die Wirkungsweise der in der Klinik als Immunsuppression bezeichneten therapeutischen Maßnahmen ist noch weitgehend unerforscht. Grundlagen dieser Behandlung sind im wesentlichen tierexperimentelle Befunde über die Ausschaltung von Immunglobulinen.
