Zusammenfassung
Die Form und Ausmaße der Herzkammern sind mit einer selektiven angiographischen Darstellung hinreichend gut zu erfassen. Dagegen ist die Dicke der Begrenzungswände der Kammern nur im Bereich der freien Wand des linken Ventrikels darstellbar. Das Ventrikelseptum wird bei einer Angiographie nur eines Ventrikels nur mit einer Begrenzung erfaßt und kann somit weder sicher beurteilt noch ausgemessen werden. Es sollen mit diesem Vortrag zwei Methoden der Darstellung des Kammerseptums erläutert werden.
