Zusammenfassung
Die pharmakologischen Wirkungen exogen verabfolgter Brenzkatechinamine am Myokard, d. h. die Wirkungen von Noradrenalin, Adrenalin und Isoproterenol sind heute weitgehend bekannt, wenn auch der Mechanismus dieser β-sympathomimetischen Wirkungen noch nicht völlig geklärt ist. Schwieriger ist die Beurteilung der physiologischen Bedeutung der endogen freigesetzten Uberträgerstoffe des sympatho-adrenalen Systems; unter pathologischen Bedingungen sind wir bislang nahezu ausschließlich auf Hypothesen angewiesen.
