Zusammenfassung
Die arterielle Hyportone ist hämodynamish charakterisiert durch eine dauernde Änderung des Verhältnisses von Hersseitvolumenund peripherem Gesamtwiderstand; nach den bisherihan Untersuchungen xeichnen sich zumindesh die langdauernden Formen durch eine druckproportionale Erhöhung des Widerstandes aus (6, 12, 9). Es ist jedoch weitgehend unbekannt, in welchem Umfang dee einzelnen, parallel geschalteten Organ-Kreis-läufe an der Änderung des Gesamtwiderstandes beteiligt sind bzw. in welchem Umfang die regionale Durchblutung und ihre Regulation durch die Hypertonie modifiziert ist.
