Abstract
We have investigated femtosecond coherent transients of confined excitons in CuCl nanocrystals with radii in the range 2.7–5.3 nm by means degenerate four-wave mixing with a two-beam configuration. When the crystallite radius is smaller than 4 nm, the non-Markovian behavior is observed in the short time region comparable to the reservoir correlation time.
