Zusammenfassung
Neuere durchflußzytometrische Verfahren gestatten eine Multiparameteranalyse von Thrombozyten hinsichtlich Größe, Granulagehalts, Aktivierungszustands und qualitativer oder quantitativer Änderungen ihres Membranglykoproteinmusters (GP). Die Hauptanwendungsgebiete der Plättchendurchflußzytometrie sind gegenwärtig:
-
Identifizierung und Quantifizierung spezifischer Glykoproteindefekte bei angeborenen oder erworbenen Thrombozytopathien,
-
Bestimmung der Plättchenaktivierung in vitro bei der Präparation und Lagerung von Thrombozytenkonzentraten für Transfusionszwecke,
-
Nachweis und Charakterisierung aktivierter Plättchen ex vivo bei arteriosklerotischen oder thromboembolischen Gefäßkomplikationen und
-
Bestimmung zirkulierender Plättchen-Leukozyten-Konjugate bei extrakorporalen Kreislaufverfahren.
