Zusammenfassung

Von Juni 1993 bis Februar 1997 wurden an der Berufsgenossenschaftlichen Unfallklinik Duisburg-Buchholz 402 Begutachtungen in Wirbelsäulen- BK-Verfahren durchgeführt, 373mal wegen einer fraglichen Berufskrankheit nach Ziffer 2108 BeKV, 24mal wegen einer fraglichen BK 2108 und 2110, fünfmal wegen einer fraglichen BK 2110 und in keinem Fall zur Frage des Vorliegens einer BK 2109.117 dieser Gutachten wurden für die Berufsgenossenschaft für Gesundheitsdienst und Wohlfahrtspflege (BGW) erstellt, 80 für Bau-BGen, 39 für Metall-BGen, 17 für die Bergbau-BG und 149 für verschiedene sonstige Versicherungsträger.
