Zusammenfassung
Das schwere Trauma führt zu Funktionsstörungen von Immunzellen mit einer reduzierten Synthese von immunreaktiven Proteinen [1, 2]. Die Signalübermittlung zwischen dem aktivierten Rezeptor auf der Zelloberfläche und dem Nukleus spielt dabei für die normale Syntheseleistung der Zelle eine wichtige Rolle. Die Proteinkinase C (PKC) [3, 4] und die Proteintyrosinkinasen (PTK) [5, 6] sind Schlüsselenzyme der Signaltransduktion, die maßgeblich für die Endotoxin induzierte Synthese von proinflammatorischen Proteinen verantwortlich sind. Es ist nicht bekannt, ob die verminderte Freisetzung des Lymphozyten stimulierenden Zytokins Interleukin-lβ (IL-1β) nach schwerem Trauma auf Veränderungen der Signaltransduktion beruht.
