Zusammenfassung

Tierexperimentell kann durch alleinige Lebertransplantation spezifische Toleranz induziert werden [1]. Gleichzeitig wird dadurch die Akzeptanz weiterer Organtransplantate verbessert. Dies ist tierexperimentell für Niere [2], Pankreas [3] und Dünndarm [4] erwiesen Klinisch wird dies aufgrund einer geringeren Inzidenz chronischer Abstoßungen nach kombinierter Leber/Dünndarmtransplantation vermutet [5]. Ziel dieser Studie ist es, die zelluläre Grundlage beider Mechanismen zu evaluieren.
