Zusammenfassung
Der weitaus häufigste Tumor der Kleinhirnbrückenwinkelregion ist das Akustikusneurinom. Ca. 80% aller raumfordernden Prozesse des Kleinhirnbrükkenwinkels stellen sich histologisch als Akustikusneurinome dar (Haid 1985), und unter den intrakraniellen Tumoren wird das Akustikusneurinom mit einer mittleren Häufigkeit von 8 bis 10% angegeben (Plester 1978). Ferner werden in dieser Lokalisation Meningeome und in sehr seltenen Fällen Fazialisneurinome, Lipome, Hämangiome sowie Epidermoide beschrieben.
