Zusammenfassung
„Mir wird immer so schwindelig!“ ist eine häufige, wenn auch sehr unspezifische, anamnestische Angabe von vielen Patienten. Wenn dann noch über Hinfallen und Schwarzwerden vor den Augen geklagt wird, ist in der Differentialdiagnose von anfallsartig auftretendem Schwindel auch an das Vorliegen von Synkopen zu denken.
