Zusammenfassung
Der weitaus häufigste Grund zur Zystektomie ist der maligne Tumor im kleinen Becken, wobei hier der primäre Blasentumor im Vordergrund steht. Daneben können fortgeschrittene Tumoren des Rektums oder ausgedehnte gynäkologische Tumore zur Zystektomie zwingen.
