Zusammenfassung
Die industrielle Herstellung technischer Erzeugnisse und Produkte hat in den zurückliegenden Jahren grundlegende Änderungen erfahren. Die angespannte, globale Wettbewerbssituation und der Wandel zum Käufermarkt erfordern eine Reduzierung der Auftragsdurchlaufzeit, Bestände und Fertigungskosten. Deshalb werden immer wieder organisatorische und technische Maßnahmen zur Beeinflussung des Zeitverhaltens und der Kostenverursachung von Fertigungsabläufen diskutiert.
