Zusammenfassung

Nach traditioneller Auffassung ist mit der Chemotherapie bei nichtkleinzelligen Bronchialkarzinomen nur eine zeitlich außerordentlich befristete und rein palliative Wirkung erreichbar (Bakowski u. Crouch 1983; Joss u. Brunner 1985; Klastersky u. Sculier 1985; Folman u. Rosman 1988; Klastersky 1994; Eberhard et al. 1995). Dabei bezieht man sich in der Regel auf die Ergebnisse der zytostatischen Therapie bei lokal weit fortgeschrittener oder fernmetastasierter Tumorerkrankung.
