Photokarzinogenese und Immunsuppression

Zusammenfassung

Sonnenlicht-induzierter Hautkrebs ist der häufigste Tumor des Menschen. Die an der Photokarzinogenese beteiligten Mechanismen sind komplex und konnten erst teilweise aufgeklärt werden. Sonnenlicht ist ein komplettes Karzinogen. Es wird allgemein angenommen, daß durch Ultraviolett-B-Strahlung (280-320 nm)-induzierte DNS-Mutationen eine entscheidende initiale Rolle spielen für das Entstehen maligner Hautzellen.
