Zusammenfassung
Das Pyoderma gangraenosum (PG) wurde in Jahre 1930 von Brunsting et al. [1] erstmalig beschrieben. Es handelt sich um chronisch ulzerierende Läsionen unbekannter Ätiologie. In etwa 50% der Fälle sind Systemkrankheiten assoziiert [3,6]. Es gibt derzeit nur eine Untersuchung mit mehr als 40 Fällen, die an einem Zentrum beobachtet wurden [5]. Follow-up-Studien sind bisher nicht durchgeführt worden. Ziel der vorliegenden Studie war es daher vor allem, anhand eines größeren Patientenguts Aussagen über das Langzeitverhalten der Erkrankung machen zu kön nen.
